The Natural processIt begins with harvesting the ripe cherries, then the inferior beans are sorted and separated to retain only the best quality, guaranteeing exceptional coffee. The selected cherries are then placed insealed bags without oxygen for 18 hours, before being slowly dried onAfrican bedsrevealing the full aromatic richness of the coffee.
