Mirador is our ultimate gourmet coffee — its fans (and we!) are convinced of it. Its profile combines intense notes of dark chocolate, reminiscent of 60%-70% cocoa chocolate, and indulgent notes of roasted hazelnuts and prunes.
And that's not all! We're changing origins for the winter with an excellent coffee from Nicaragua , imported by one of our members from the collaborative workshop, Andrés Pérez, of Ministerio del Café . This is a project close to our hearts, founded by Andrés and his childhood friends, coffee producers in Nicaragua. For 10 consecutive years , some of their coffees have been finalists in the Cup of Excellence, demonstrating their commitment to quality and the continuous improvement of their expertise.
So when you enjoy a cup of Mirador and close your eyes, you will understand why it was called "Mirador": it is a viewpoint that will transport you to the heart of the beautiful Dipilto mountains in the Nueva Segovia region , where this delicious coffee was grown.
