Roasted by our student roasters, this coffee is the fruit of their work and their learning.
Each batch is tasted and validated to guarantee quality that meets our standards, all at a low price!

This coffee comes from Ethiopia, more precisely from the Oromia region, in the heart of the lush Jimma forests which are full of endemic trees.
It is cultivated by Mustafa Mohamed Ali, who took over his family's coffee cultivation in the 1980s and has since worked to preserve local varieties. To gain autonomy and better control his production, he created his own washing and drying stations.

In the cup, expect gourmet and intense notes of chocolate.
